Ordering Policy

All orders must be placed in advance. Same-day orders must be submitted by 10:00 AM (Mountain Time) to be eligible for delivery on that day. Orders submitted after 10:00 AM (Mountain Time) may be scheduled for the next available delivery day. We reserve the right to modify or cancel orders that do not meet our ordering deadlines.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver meals on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Orders are not accepted for Friday or Saturday Deliveries. Delivery times are scheduled based on availability and designated delivery windows, which may vary by location or employer requirements.

Payment

All prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars. Payment must be received at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards and other approved digital payment methods.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Same-day changes are not guaranteed if made after 10:00 AM (Mountain Time). Refunds or order credits are issued at our discretion.

Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

Champa Catering and Events is not responsible for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or dietary issues that may arise from the consumption of our meals. It is the customer's responsibility to notify us of any specific dietary needs or allergens before placing an order. We cannot guarantee that any item is free from allergens including but not limited to peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, or shellfish.
